an interactive outdoor arts event

On May 16 & May 22, 2021 Prospect Theater Company returns to live, in-person performance with a special outdoor, open air event!

Follow a group of artist guides as they direct you through the trees of Crabapple Grove in NYC's Riverside Park. Along the path, choose your own adventure from an array of 15 original stories penned by a line-up of imaginative theater creators, and engage with a tale created just for you.

TREE TALES is a guided "walk-through" experience with audience groups of 12 people gaining timed entry every 15 minutes. Audience groups will begin together at a set time, but each person's walk is individually determined and may take slightly different lengths of time to complete.
